ROCCABOX are a small team based in Yorkshire who provide a monthly subscription beauty box. Their aim is to introduce new brands for you to sample before committing to full price. ROCCABOX gives around 5 products each month from the beauty/makeup/skincare industry. The goal is to empower, pamper and give you some well deserved ‘me time’
January’s box was worth £130! It contains 5 products which lean more towards the skincare fans. Here’s what’s inside:
Doctor’s Formula – Probiotic 12 Hour Day Protection Moisturiser (RRP £89)
Probiotic’s are designed to help the skin speed up it’s repair. This moisturiser provides 12 hours of moisture using the key ingredient relipidium, which strengthens skin defences. The formular is a little runnier than what I’m used to, but at this premium RRP tag, this is a great opportunity to try in a box like this.
Oh K! – SOS Soothing Face Lotion
Anything that mentions a soothing quality and I’m in! I have had products from this brand before which I’ve loved so I’m excited to use this fully. It calms redness as well as reducing swelling on blemishes, balancing oil and gently hydrating. All for just £8.
Skimono – Total Condition + Foot Mask
I adore foot masks. I love to use them on a weekend where I can really put my feet up to get the benefits. They are essentially a one use, plastic sock filled with lots of skin softening and heal reviving magic. The RRP is £10 and they definitely feel luxurious.
Mudmasky – Hair Mask, Scalp Treatment & Miracle Shampoo – £21.78
I can suffer with a dry scalp, the winter weather doesn’t help it either. So I was really pleased to see that this was a hair and scalp treatment. It conditions the scalp, whilst repairing damaged hair. I’ve used many face products from this brand and they’ve always been a success.
Shea Bliss – Cherry Bomb Body Butter – £2.99
This is a cute jar of whipped body butter, with a lovely scent. It’s hydrating and nourishing, perfect for the winter months. It’s travel sized, so a great opportunity to try before buying the full size.
