Happy Valentine’s Day everybody!

Even if you’re single, that doesn’t mean you can’t still look fabulous. Infact, I see that as more of a reason to, than to impress another. Relax, pamper, dance or stuff your face – whatever celebrates loving yourself!

But, whether you’re in or out tonight, I encourage you to be a shade braver. Traditionally, the colour red is associated with Saint Valentine. Roses, hearts and of course; lipstick.

I was gifted a luxurious ‘Cherry’ red lip liner (RRP£7.95). I haven’t yet got one in this shade, so I was excited to try! My goodness, it’s so smooth! It applys so easily with very little pressure, yet doesn’t bleed. It contains jojoba oil to prevent moisture loss and natural waxes to seal in the colour. On the opposite end of the pencil (to my surprise) was a blending brush. Perfect for touch ups or contouring your lips, or for applying a slick of gloss. In addition, a matching Matte Long Lasting Lipstick that moisturised my lips and lasted all night. I love that it’s enriched with vitamin e. Despite the bold colours, the quality and pigmentation of the products, made me confident to rock the red!
