As Christmas approaches, we are all inundated with thingamabobs, doohdahs and whatsits, better known as stocking fillers.
However, how do you know what’s worth unwrapping and what’s best left to one side?

This is where bloggers come in, they try and test before you buy! If you haven’t already, check out MADBEAUTY. They are a gift and beauty website with a great range of gifts, beauty and stationary. This includes Disney items and Slushpuppy!

Generously, I was gifted some items from their unicorn range, but all views are my own.

Firstly, I opened to find two hand sanitisers in extremely cute designs. The first was rainbows, in vanilla, followed by unicorns in a cherry fragrance. I absolutely love these! As a teacher, I use hand sanitisers daily, so to have one that’s nice looking, sweet smelling and conveniently packaged is a definite win. It fits nicely into my desk drawer, pen pot and handbag and really does smell lovely. I’ll be buying more of these as gifts as they do a huge range of designs and smells at £2.99 each.

Secondly, a novelty unicorn lip balm. Who doesn’t love a unicorn in a santa hat?! For £3.50, you get a strawberry flavoured balm that is actually really long lasting. It’s hat is glittery too, so perfect for the festive spirit.

The unicorn bath bomb (£2.99) looks so, so good! And, it smells even better. A sweet strawberry scent that I could smell even before opening. It’s a pale blue and pastel pink. However, I sadly didn’t find it it turned my bath into the magical frenzy I’d have hoped for. It lacked it’s sparkle or should I say fizz? But, it’s still a cute design to display and a good addition for any unicorn fan!

  1. I have been so tempted by the hand sanitiser as I love keeping it in my bag, and this slim line size and pretty design is kinda perfect. Might get myself an early Christmas present!
