Birchbox reverted back to their usual drawer style box, but with a great palm tree design that’s just right for summer!
I like the stackable and reusable nature of these boxes, they good for putting ‘things’ in.
I was pleased to receive a tangle teaser, as I’m yet to own one! It’ll help with my thin and prone to tangle hair that’s for sure! It was slightly marked upon arrival though, which was disappointing!
Apart from this, all the other products were trial or sample sizes. However, I loved the Birchbox exclusive sample of Kenzie perfume and I’ll be sure to buy a fuller size of this. It’s an musky, yet fruity and flowery scent.
Again, I received a paste deodorant from Native Unearthed. A great concept, but just not for me.
Percy & Read do one of, if not, the best hair recovery products. This leave in conditioner helps to restore and nourish hair whilst you sleep. It promises not to transfer to your pillow but ensures that your hair will have a new found shine! Apply to dry hair and shampoo out. I love the light weight feel of this product, it doesn’t feel heavy or sticky, but my hair is definately hydrated. RRP £20.
Each subscriber will find a benefit tint product in one of two shades. I chose ChaCha, a more orange shade and your typical pink. It’s great for a lip stain as well as a blusher stain for your cheeks. It’s a sample size but can be purchased through Birchbox for £25.50 from the 29th July!
Finally, Balance Me included a micellar water which are all the rage right now! It cleans away makeup and helps.my skin feel refreshed. Unlike makeup remover wipes, micellar water helps to moisturise the skin and sooth irritation. It’s 99% natural cleansing water, with no rinsing required!
